Description

Naturally present in the north of the Mediterranean basin, true or officinal lavender has also been cultivated for several years in Bulgaria, Ukraine and even Australia.
In France, the four producing departments of the Midi alone represent some 20,000 cultivated hectares.

This essential oil is HEBBD (Essential Oil Botanically and Biochemically Defined)

Instructions for use:

Take a maximum of 2 drops of true lavender essential oil 3 times a day (i.e. 0.19 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of sugar ). Do not use pure true lavender essential oil without carrier, nor mixed with water. Equivalence: 1 ml = 31 drops. For other advice on use, ask your pharmacist. Precautions for use: Dietary supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. True lavender essential oil does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
